SARA!  Sara was put into an animal control at 12 weeks of age.  She had mange, internal parasites, filthy hair and hair loss from skin infections.  It was learned that she had never been taken to a vet, therefore was at great risk to get parvo and distemper having been put into the animal control.  We have observed her closely and believe that she has luckily escaped any illnesses.  She is undergoing medical treatments for her mange and parasites and is getting better every day.
She is charming her foster family with her affectionate nature, and with her clever learning capacity.  She has learned the commands of "sit", "down", "come", and is now house trained and takes her little self out the doggy door all by herself when she needs to.  She is nicely crate trained and goes into her crate willingly when asked to do so.  She will need someone who can continue her education and someone who is home during the day to continue to let her outside every 2 hours until she is older.  She will make a wonderful addition to the right home ready for puppy love.
