Tiger Lily
Foster Mom Update
Tiger lily is doing great! She is so sweet and has adjusted very easily to my house. She has played successfully with every animal and person that has entered the house from Pit Bull to Chihuahua to cat! Everyone that meets her falls in love immediately. She has put on some weight but is still staying pretty thin. Her coat and her eyes are much brighter though. She deserves the perfect home. Someone will be VERY lucky to have this girl! Tiger Lilly!
This sweet girl is being taken back
into rescue sadly due to a divorce situation. Both mom and
dad are sad but neither can take her along to the new
homes. They report that Tiger Lilly has been wonderful
around their kids, loves people, gets along great with cats,
other dogs, and is an all around wonderful, loving dog. She
is used to her mom and little girl being home all day with
her. She is around 4 years of age, has natural ears, and is
brindle colored. You can see her previous bio from 2 years
ago below. Newer photos will be posted soon.
ORIGINAL BIO FROM 2006:
Tiger Lilly is a 2 year
old brindle girl who has been kept outside her whole life.
She is underweight and had a terribly infected and bloody
tail which sent blood flying all over herself and anyone
standing with her, and several of the walls at the vet
office! After vet exams, half of her tail had to be
amputated so that it could heal properly. She now has a new
'sport tail' which looks fine and is healing nicely. She is
a strong girl but affectionate and interested in meeting all
people. She gets along with other dogs and is responsive
when spoken to. She is now getting good nutrition and will
be gaining a few pounds to hide her bones better. More info
will be coming as we hear from her foster home.
