This is Cappy.  He was about to be put to sleep in one of the animal controls because of his shyness.  He appears to have been mishandled because of his head shyness and his lack of confidence.  He has shown to be immediately house trained in his foster home.  He is blue in color and is nicely cropped.  He is graceful and prancey when he walks and runs.  Stays by your side when walking.  He loves women but is showing fear of men.  Loves being touched, and wants to snuggle close.  He is very sensitive.  Gets his feelings crushed easily.  He has been good with the cats and tries to get the big dogs to play with him.  But he's afraid of the bossy Pomeranian.  :-)
