He is about 18 months old and will be a handsome boy when he feels better and gets some weight on his bones.  He came from an animal control and was lucky that someone rescued him just in time from execution and turned him over to rescue.  He appeared to have had a collar with a partial chain on it, indicating he had been tied.  He is very underweight but he is strong and robust.  He will need obedience work and is learning basics in his foster home.  He is a forward and spirited dog, and will jump in your face for kisses.  Yes, that would be one of the manners he is working on correcting.  :-)  He is affectionate with both mom and dad fosters and learning how to play with the other resident dogs.  He loves to snuggle and loves any kind of activity that will allow him to 'go with' his people.  He is especially loving when not in the company of other dogs so will probably do well in a home with no dogs or just one other one.

Just look at him now !!!
