This is RACHEL!  She is 10 weeks old and has very pretty coloring with charcoal, black, light gray and white nicely mixed together.  A merlequin.  She has a blue eye and a brown eye and real nice natural ears.  She was a little scared when she came into rescue because she came from a very bad place.  But she has begun to jump and run like the puppy she is.  She has become waggy and happy to see you, wants to play, and is very people loving.  She will follow you everywhere and then sit and think or sit and wait for you to get up and go somewhere else.  She will lay at your feet to be close.  She is learning about the crate and is now quiet all night in it which is pretty big for a little 10 week old who hasn't been taught anything.
She has been bitten by other dogs in the yard, eaten up by flea bites, and has some scars here and there on her body.  She did have loads of internal parasites that she is being treated for.  She has also been kicked aside by her former people that don't like dogs and not really shown the good side of life.  She does seem to have escaped with minimum harm.  Her foster home finds her very charming, playful, affectionate, waggy and sensitive.  She has bunches of potential to be a very obedient and kind dog... plus she has knock out looks too.  Rachel will soon be mesmerizing everyone that meets her!
